Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy explains the refund, cancellation, and delivery terms for:

  • Support payments
  • Custom support amounts
  • Merchandise purchases

All payments are made to WORLD CLAP DAY LTD, registered in England and Wales.

1. Support payments

Support payments include both fixed support packages and custom support amounts selected by the supporter.

Support is not a charitable donation and is not tax deductible.

Support payments are made in exchange for digital recognition and/or digital access benefits as described on the Support page.

Because support includes digital assets and digital recognition, support payments are non refundable once any digital benefit has been delivered or made available.

By completing a support payment, you agree that digital benefits may be delivered immediately and you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun.

If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact hello@worldclapday.com within 14 days of the transaction. If we confirm a technical error on our side, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Merchandise production model

All merchandise sold by WORLD CLAP DAY LTD is produced on demand once an order is placed.

We do not hold pre manufactured stock for resale.

Each item is created specifically in response to a confirmed order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the statutory 14 day cancellation right.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the item is produced on demand and that you do not have a right to cancel once production begins.

3. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Production times and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

WORLD CLAP DAY LTD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processes, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@worldclapday.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
