These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the World Clap Day website (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website and the World Clap Day initiative are operated by WORLD CLAP DAY LTD ("we", "us", "our").

The Website exists to share information about the World Clap Day initiative, provide updates, allow users to support the project, and enable community recognition such as the Wall of Claps.

You may view and share content for personal, non commercial purposes, provided you do not modify it and you clearly attribute it to World Clap Day.

5. Support payments

Support payments are made to WORLD CLAP DAY LTD through support packages shown on the Support page. Support packages are exchanged for payment. By completing a payment, you purchase the selected support package and the digital recognition or access benefits described on the Support page.

Support is not a charitable donation and is not tax deductible.

Details about supporter benefits, digital recognition, delivery timing, and how funds may be used are explained on the Support page and in our Support Policy. The Support Policy governs refunds and cancellations for support packages.

Support may include fixed packages or a custom support amount selected by the supporter.

6. Merchandise sales

From time to time, WORLD CLAP DAY LTD may offer physical merchandise for sale through the Website.

By purchasing merchandise, you enter into a sales contract with WORLD CLAP DAY LTD.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are displayed on the Website. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.

All merchandise sales are subject to our Refund and Delivery Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, merchandise is non refundable once dispatched, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

7. Supporter benefits and recognition

Some support packages include digital benefits and recognition on the Website such as the Wall of Claps, video credits, or thank you messages.

We aim to deliver supporter benefits and recognition as described, but all supporter benefits are provided on a best effort basis, particularly during the early stages of the project.

We may update, improve, or change supporter benefits in the future. If we do, we will aim to keep changes fair and aligned with the spirit of the initiative.

8. User submissions and display names

The Website may allow you to submit content through forms. This may include a display name, a country, or a short message.

A display name is a name you choose to be shown publicly. It does not need to be your real name.

If you submit content, you confirm that:

• you have the right to submit this content
• the content is not illegal, hateful, abusive, obscene, misleading, or harmful
• the content does not infringe someone else's rights

By submitting content, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, display, reproduce, and publish it for the purpose of operating the initiative and displaying supporter recognition.

We reserve the right to refuse, moderate, edit, mask, or remove any submission at our discretion. This includes replacing all or part of a submission with *** if we believe it contains offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content, or if it is inconsistent with the values of World Clap Day.

9. Website availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the Website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that:

• the Website will always be available or error free
• information will always be complete, accurate, or current
• the Website will be free of interruptions or technical issues

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available".

We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of the Website at any time.
